Iban is the SVP for People & Culture for Cladtek Group. He is responsible for leading several initiatives in People Management, Transforming the Organization, Learning & Development, Branding & Marketing, and ESG & Sustainability for APAC, EMEA, and The Americas region.<\/p>\n

He is facilitating many collaborative programs between the Company and the Communities, SMEs, Universities, and Government to meet collective growth and development objectives. He also led the team to establish 3 Cladtek Academy in Indonesia, Brazil, and Saudi Arabia, to standardize people\u2019s competency globally and increase the employability of local people in each country. In 2022, his team brings home an ESG Initiative of the Year award from the Asian Oil & Gas.<\/p>\n

He previously worked for Star Energy Geothermal for 3 years leading the Organizational Capability & Talent Management team. Chevron IndoAsia Business Unit for 10 years handling various people management functions and worked in Unocal for 3 years in the beginning of his career. He completed several Business Management & Leadership programs from INSEAD in Singapore, hold Professional Psychologist Program degree and certification from the Gadjah Mada University & the Ahmad Dahlan University in Indonesia.<\/p>\n
