Beginning her career as Management Trainee in one reputable company, she climbed the ranks leveraging expertise in Talent acquisitions, Talent and Performance Management and Employee and Industrial Relations, working as HR Business Partner in high rank multinational companies and various industries.<\/p>\n

As an HR director, she has demonstrated a strong leadership skill in implementing innovative HR policies that foster employee engagement and retention while aligning with the company’s objectives. She is a trust advisor to senior management in navigating complex labour laws and transformation, also creating inclusive work environments, contributing significantly to the overall growth and success of the organisations she serves.<\/p>\n
