Dama Adhyatma is an accomplished Human Resources professional with an extensive experience in the luxury hospitality industry. He currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Bulgari Resort Bali, which is renowned for its exceptional guest experiences.<\/p>\n

Dama started his HR career with the pre-opening team at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. This early role, establishing a new luxury resort, has significantly enriched his experience in team building.<\/p>\n

His dedication and expertise led to successive promotions within Mandapa’s Human Resources department. Starting as an HR Executive, Dama advanced to Assistant HR Manager to HR Manager, and then to Assistant HR Director. This progression demonstrates his leadership skills and ability to handle increasingly challenging roles.<\/p>\n

Drawing from his vast experience at Mandapa, Dama now leads the HR team at Bulgari Resort Bali. He plays a vital role in ensuring that the resort’s team maintains
