Indra Tjahjadi has a long experience as a Human Capital practitioner in various companies. His professional career was built through several companies and in very diverse areas. Starting from Construction, Mining, Oil & Gas, Consulting, Insurance, Energy, Health, and Property. A 2004 master graduate from Bandung Institute of Technology, majoring in Business Administration. His professional career was built over 28 years in various leading companies such as Ceria Nugraha Indotama, Sinar Mas Land, Fullerton Health Group, Naos International, Tiara Marga Trakindo Group, Vale Indonesia, Bakrie, Thales, and Freeport McMoRan, focusing mainly on building and developing management systems and best practices in Strategy, Engineering, Operations, Production System, and Human Resources. Currently, he is a Director – Chief Human Resources Officer for BIS Group.<\/p>\n
