Her immense experience in the field of HR for more than 20 years, across various levels and spectrums of HR, has enabled her to lead people in the organisation effectively, from the head office, commercial, and field, to the operations team, to achieve the vision of becoming a leadership powerhouse and a top-tier employer of choice.
She has a diversified record of leadership success in heading the HR function, spanning various business areas, such as HR Director at Amcor Flexibles Indonesia for 2 years; People and Organisation Director at Mars Incorporated for 4 years; and handled various HR fields at Mars for 7 years before finally rejoining the company; as well as HR Senior Manager at Johnson & Johnson Indonesia for 5 years.
Dina has been widely recognised for her contributions to the field of human resources, with a track record of success throughout her career. She is also a certified professional coach, committed to supporting the growth and development of individuals and organisations alike. She is a wife to a lovely husband and a blessed mum of two amazing children.
