With over 13 years of experience in international hotel chains, Pauline is a seasoned HR leader with strong leadership and a deep commitment to people development. Beginning her career with Hilton as a Human Resources Manager at Hilton Bali Resort, Pauline has steadily advanced through key leadership positions to her current role as Country Director of Human Resources Indonesia and Director of Human Resources at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Diponegoro. Pauline oversees HR operations across all Hilton hotels in the country.<\/p>\n

Throughout her career, Pauline has been instrumental in supporting Hilton\u2019s growth in Indonesia\u2014driving forward-thinking talent strategies that align with business expansion and deliver strong organisational outcomes. She has contributed to Hilton being recognised as the #2 Best Workplace in Indonesia by Great Place to Work.<\/p>\n

Holding a degree in Psychology, Pauline combines a deep understanding of human behaviour with strategic HR leadership\u2014bringing empathy, clarity, and accountability to every level of the organisation.<\/p>\n
