Ilham Pradono is a seasoned Human Capital and Organisation Transformation executive with over 22 years of impactful experience leading Fortune 500 and multinational companies across a wide range of industries, including oil & gas, mining, construction, utilities, logistics, plantation-refinery, automotive, FMCG, and international organisations such as the UNDP.<\/p>\n

He most recently served as HR Director at DP World Indonesia. Ilham has also held prominent roles such as Country Head of HR at Avery Dennison RBIS Indonesia and Head of HR at Li & Fung Services Indonesia. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered business-driven HR strategies that align people, processes, and performance to achieve high-impact results in complex, multicultural environments.<\/p>\n

He holds an Executive Programme in Human Resources Management from Harvard Business School and is a Certified National HR Practitioner Director, accredited by BNSP \u2013 LSP MSDM and PPM Management. Ilham also holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Psychology and is a registered psychologist. In addition, he is a certified trainer and an APAC leader in HRMS implementation and optimisation.<\/p>\n

Ilham is known for his strong cross-cultural communication skills, having lived in and led international teams across the Asia-Pacific region. He is a recognised thought leader in the HR community and is highly regarded for driving sustainable business transformation through people.<\/p>\n
