His deep expertise and proven track record in organisational transformation have led to invitations to speak at national forums, where he shares valuable insights on leadership, talent management, wellbeing, and business growth.<\/p>\n

He began his career at the Bank of Tokyo and has since held senior roles, including Head of HR and Banking Operations for Indonesia. Mr Dadi holds a master\u2019s degree in Electronics Engineering from Toyohashi University of Technology in Japan, and has completed the Human Resources Executive Programme at the University of Michigan\u2019s Ross School of Business in the United States.<\/p>\n
