He currently serves as HR Director at ZTE Indonesia, where he leads initiatives in HR transformation, organisational development, performance management, talent management, and workforce strategy. Throughout his career, Yanto has designed and implemented people strategies, performance and competency frameworks, succession programs, remuneration systems, and digital HR solutions to strengthen organisational capability and business performance. He holds a Doctor of Management in Strategic Management & Growth from Binus University and a Master\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management.
