Adhitya K. Poundrianagari, S.H.,M.H. is Head of HR Operations Indonesia at Kopi Kenangan (PT Bumi Berkah Boga), Southeast Asia’s first F&B unicorn. She has experience managing key people functions, including Learning & Development, Employee & Industrial Relations, and Talent Acquisition across an organisation with more than 8,000 employees and 1,200 stores in Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Throughout her career, Adhitya has worked across leading technology, fintech, and consumer businesses, including Kopi Kenangan, Blibli Group, and LinkAja, gaining broad experience in building people practices that support business operations, HR policies and compliance, Industrial Relations and dispute, organizational growth and employee engagement.<\/p>\n

She holds a master’s in business law from the University of Indonesia, with her dissertation focusing on employment issues. Adhitya brings a people-first perspective shaped by hands-on experience in talent, capability building, culture, and employee experience at scale.<\/p>\n
