Soraya Candrasari is currently the HR Director of Pfizer Indonesia. She\u2019s been with the company since early 2019 and together with her HR Team and the Leadership team, she has successfully implemented major changes within the company, particularly in building the company culture.
Soraya has more than 20 years of experience. Prior her role at Pfizer, she worked for various local and multinational company in various industry, such as Schneider Electric, Johnson & Johnson, Beiersdorf, AstraZeneca and Hero Supermarket.
Started her career as a paralegal and few legal related positions as actually she graduated from Faculty of Law University of Indonesia, she then found her passion more in Human Resource area. She was determined to bring \u201chuman\u201d back to Human Resource to be able to unleash as many people\u2019s potential as possible.
A mother of two beautiful daughters, cat lovers, loves baking and spending time with family and friends.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
