Rudy Manik is the Chief Human Resources Officer at FWD Insurance Indonesia. He has more than 15 years of experience in human resources field and heavily involved in initiatives to improve employee productivity, people analytics, as well as driving several people and culture integration on merger & acquisition.<\/p>\n

Before joining FWD Insurance Indonesia, he had experience in various companies, including as Chief Human Resources Officer at AXA Indonesia, Head of Human Resources at Geoservices and other HR roles in consumer electronics manufacturing, hospitality, and marketing & communication company such as LG Electronics Indonesia, Accor Asia Pacific Indonesia and DDB.<\/p>\n

Rudy earned his master’s degree in Human Resources from Atma Jaya University Jakarta, and also a Management and Law degree from the University of Indonesia and Marsekal Suryadarma University.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
