Yenita Oktora

Yenita Oktora is a member of the Management Committee and serves as Human Resources Director for Indonesia. Yenita has over than 18 years of HR experience, where the last 11 years, she spent it with L’Oréal, in Indonesia and other countries. She graduated as Bachelor of Psychology of University of Indonesia, then worked in Charoen Pokphand, Consult Group, and Hutchison 3 Telecom prior to L’Oreal.
She joined L’Oreal in 2010 as the Recruitment & Integration Manager in Indonesia. Within 4 years, her career journey continues outside of Indonesia. She was the Talent Director for Asia Pacific while in Shanghai (2014 – 2016), the HRD for Consumer Division Asia Pacific in Hong Kong (2016 – 2018) and continued the same role from Hong Kong when based in Singapore during 2018 and 2019, with the addition of being HR Business partner for Regional Organization. After working with people from a range of cultures & background and exposed to many different markets, in 2019 she returned to Indonesia in preparation for taking on the important senior leadership role she now holds.
Employees are the most important asset for L’Oréal because they play an important role in making the company’s vision a reality, to create beauty that moves the world. Therefore, Yenita leads the Human Resources team in Indonesia with a mission to uphold L’Oreal’s vision as People company; to continue making L’Oréal a great place to work and to build the best talents for the future of the business.
Aside from being a Human Resources Director, Yenita is a mother, wife, exercise enthusiast and freelance career coach. She maintains a balanced and healthy lifestyle to ensure her own wellbeing and to help others do the same.
