Yussy Santoso is a strategic Human Capital executive with more than 23 years of experience leading business and organisational transformation across mining, manufacturing, financial services, banking, retail, property, and diversified industries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Management (Marketing), and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Research in Management at BINUS Business School. Yussy has led large-scale transformations that helped family-owned enterprises evolve into professionally managed organisations by strengthening governance, digitalizing HR, redesigning operating models, improving workforce productivity, and aligning people strategy with business growth. His expertise also includes Go-to-Market transformation, organisational restructuring, Kaizen, and Quality Management Systems. Yussy is an award-winning HR leader who has been recognised for his contributions to the profession. He is the author of four books on organisation design, job analysis, and executive compensation, and is a frequent speaker on leadership, HR transformation, and the future of work.
