He is an experienced HR professional with more than 18 years of experience spanning multiple industries, including FMCG and healthcare, market research, telecommunications and retail.

Before this, he worked in consumer healthcare for GlaxoSmithKline where he partnered with the business to build capability, drive engagement and create a culture of high performance. He also successfully led the integration for the GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis joint venture. He is very passionate about unleashing people potential and development.
