Ben Ong is a People, Culture & Change Leader with more than 20 years of practical and strategic experience across multiple industries and geographies. He is now the Regional HR Director for Asia in Aramex, a logistics and supply-chain company. Prior to that, Ben led the Talent & Organisation Development function across Asia-Pacific and globally; based in Malaysia, Singapore and The Netherlands. Ben spent his first 10 years of career in Malaysia learning and contributing in multiple industries – consulting firms, national conglomerate, telecommunications and financial institution.
