Cherry is the HR Director for Southeast Asia at Moët Hennessy, the prestigious wine and spirits division of LVMH. In her current role, she is overseeing 6 countries: Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines. Passionate about shaping culture, developing talent, and supporting transformation across diverse markets, she enjoys being a commercial HR business partner and employee advocate.
Throughout her career, Cherry has twice led the start-up of new business entities: first launching operations in Malaysia and China for the IT company PGi, and later setting up the APAC
Business Services and Global IT Hub in Kuala Lumpur for The Estée Lauder Companies.
While working at PepsiCo and navigating her pregnancy and motherhood journey, Cherry also achieved a part-time Master’s Degree in HR Management from Open University Malaysia.
