business and drives FashionValet’s people strategy, performance and engagement
agenda in the company. Chong Kong brings with him extensive experience in Human Capital Management, both from the start-up environments and the multinational corporations such as PwC, Intel Technology, Hewlett-Packard and Philip Morris.

An award-winning marketer turned Human Capital professional, Chong Kong had
also gained marketing, branding and communications experience when he was
working in the renowned advertising & marketing oriented multinational companies
such as Ogilvy & Mather, 3M and Dell Computer during the earlier years of his
career.

At the peak of Chong Kong’s career in marketing after winning awards and
accolades, he took a road less travelled and switched to become a people professional. For one reason – human psychology intrigues Chong Kong more. The rest was history.

If you ask Chong Kong what makes his heart sing that he can’t wait for the sun to
rise and do it all over again, he will tell you it’s during the time when he gets to synergise Marketing, Communications and Human Capital to integrate organisation, brand and people, delivering the experience that connects people with the company and its brand. Chong Kong graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
