In her current role, she looks into the people initiatives focusing on maximizing organizational, team and individual performance, leveraging on digital transformation and future ready skills.

She has more than 20 years of experience across different functions in Human Resources and throughout her career she has the opportunities for country, regional and global HR roles. Christina has worked for different industries including telecommunications, financial services, pharmaceuticals, oleochemicals, manufacturing and information technology.
Graduated with a background of computer science and passionate for continuous learning, Christina is a certified Gallup Strengths coach, NLP practitioner and brings a wealth of experience in the areas of people development, talent management and the future of work, balancing the nature with nurture.
