CYNTHIA has over 30 years specializing in Human Resource, Finance and IT functions. Cynthia is currently the Group Chief Human Resource Officer of Texchem Group of Companies. Texchem Resources Bhd is a Malaysian public listed conglomerate with 5 core business divisions; Industrial, Restaurant, Polymer Engineering, Food and Venture Business. Texchem Resources Bhd has operations across ASEAN countries.

Prior to joining Texchem Group, Cynthia was with several global MNCs where she has accumulated a wide and extensive experience in the Human Resource function which includes talent acquisition, organization development, workforce management & transformation, learning & development, leadership development, compensation & benefits, healthcare and benefits management, employee relations and rewards strategies.

An accountant by qualification with auditing experience with Price Waterhouse and finance & controlling experiences in MNCs, Cynthia has also comprehensive knowledge in systems infrastructure, finance & accounting, cost control and management.
