David Jansen has over 20 years of HR experience. In his professional career, he was with Shell Malaysia for 14 years, PwC, Nando’s Malaysia, and currently with Rotiboy as the Head, People & Culture. He started his career as a waiter in the early days and soon became a DiscJockey in the entertainment industry where he was spinning in clubs, weddings, annual dinners and house parties. As his passion for people grew (with no HR experience or even any papers/certs back when he was just 22 years old), an opportunity arose to step into the HR world. From there on, he never looked back!

He has contributed to many HR Transformational projects throughout his career, which have won him multiple awards towards Organizational Effectiveness, Growth, Employee Experience, Engagement, Performance Management, Mobility, and many others.
