Debra is currently heading the regional Talent Management practice in edotco Group (a subsidiary of Axiata Group), the 7th largest telecommunication Tower Company in the world.
Debra’s HR experience spans across various industries such as oil and gas, banking and consultancy. She has held numerous HR leadership roles in large MNCs such as Kuwait Finance House (CHRO), Shell, Citibank, AmBank and British Telecom. Having worked in organizations across both financial and non-financial industries, she brings diverse perspectives to HR. During her career, she has led and driven many HR transformation initiatives from capability building, employee engagement, performance management and workforce transformation.
She has a bachelor’s degree as well as master’s from Charles Sturt University.
