Chua Eng Imm (Imm) is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience spanning banking operations, workforce planning, organisational design, talent acquisition, and strategic HR management. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from University of Wales and is a Certified Credit Professional (Consumer) accredited by the Institute of Bankers Malaysia.

Imm is currently the Chief People Officer of Sime Darby Property responsible for the overall people strategy and culture as the organisation transforms from being a pure-play property developer to a Real Estate Company. Throughout her career, Imm has held key leadership roles at CIMB where she led initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness and workforce capabilities across regional markets. Prior to CIMB, she served in branch operations leadership positions at Maybank building a strong foundation in banking operations and people management.

Her areas of expertise include workforce transformation, talent management, organisational development, and strategic HR planning. She is passionate about helping organisations align people strategies with business goals to drive performance, growth, and long-term success.
