Faith Ngeow is currently Asia Pacific’s Talent Development Director at Herbalife Nutrition, a global nutrition company with a vision to make the world Healthier and Happier. Prior to joining Herbalife Nutrition in August 2018, Faith spent 17 years in various HR roles across several FMCG organisations such as Kellogg and Kimberly-Clark Asia Pacific.

With a passion for creating the right experiences that accelerates career growth, Faith has a deep appreciation for what today’s business needs are and is driven to demystify the paradox with innovative solutions.

Outside of work, Faith enjoys giving back through mentoring and coaching emerging women leaders in her community.
