Faiza is an accomplished HR professional with nearly 20 years of experience across diverse industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language & Literature from the International Islamic University Malaysia and a postgraduate diploma in TESL. Despite her non-HR academic background, she has built a successful HR career in multiple disciplines. Faiza’s key certifications include Professional HR Certification from AHRI, Certified HR Professional (CHRP) from IFPM, and she is also a certified trainer with HRDC.

Currently, she serves as the Talent, Performance & People Experience at Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd. Her previous employers include Sime Darby Plantation, EON, Kelab Rahman Putra Malaysia, Duopharma Biotech, and Tune Protect Group. Additionally, Faiza was a former English teacher with the Ministry of Education.
