Hsiao Ley leads the company’s Corporate Solutions division, driving strategy and growth for its employee benefits and voluntary solutions portfolio. She also oversees the development of AIA’s Integrated Healthcare Strategy, which aims to deliver accessible, affordable, and effective healthcare across both individual and employee benefits businesses.

Her priorities include creating sustainable, personalised health solutions, improving provider network management, and leveraging technology, digital tools, and analytics to enhance pricing, risk management, as well as customer and provider experience.
