Isaac is the CEO of Green Packet Academy, a subsidiary of Green Packet Berhad. He was a program director at ZTE Corporation, spearheading the skill improvement projects for employees in local offices worldwide before he re-joined Green Packet Berhad in 2019 as chief people officer and later, his current role. Isaac is an engineer and corporate leader experienced in electronics manufacturing, ODM, telecommunications, and high-tech start-ups. He is passionate about turning people and business challenges into new opportunities through culture transformation by developing talent, building company culture, improving operations effectiveness, and instituting organization capabilities. As part of his life-long learning journey, Isaac is pursuing post-graduate research using machine learning techniques to classify geographical areas for broadband investment.
