Jack began his career in startup companies, where he played a pivotal role in establishing fundamental HR structure. He subsequently joined Lazada, where he served as the Head of HR Operations and HR Business Partner (HRBP) to oversee various reward, process improvement, and digitalisation initiatives. Later, he assumed the role of Head of Community at Petronas before joining TNG as an Associate Director, People Operations and Strategy. Currently, he serves as the Head, Regional HRBP at both Hakko Products and Tokimeku managing the full spectrum of HR functions for SEA.
