Jayanti Kandayah is attached to VAT Manufacturing Malaysia for about 3.5 years now after 26 years of experience at Intel Corporation.

Her experience spans across HR Strategy, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Organisational Development & Culture, Capability Building and Employee Relations.  Over the years, her experience span from setting up the HR Shared Services Organisation, green field start up in Vietnam, merger & acquisition, managing employee services and regional talent acquisition  She is currently the Head of HR at VAT Manufacturing Malaysia driving the strategic HR initiatives in order to transform and grow the company toward 2B revenue.

She holds a Master’s degree in human resources and currently pursuing her DBA.

Jayanti is very passionate and committed to serving the community. She is currently the one of the district Chairman for the Women and Family Development under Penang state where she develops programs and initiatives for women, children and families especially for  under privilege community. Jayanti was conferred the Pingat Jasa Kebaktian (PJK) in for her contribution to the community.
