Jenniefer Ng is the Head of Human Resources at Matthews International, leading HR strategies across Malaysia and the Philippines. With close to two decades of HR leadership experience, she is a trusted senior advisor to business leaders and a strategic partner in driving organisation effectiveness and transformation, cultural integration, organizational agility and people-centric growth.

Jenniefer’s expertise spans across building talent and leadership pipelines, embedding high-performance cultures, leading change initiatives and aligning workforce strategy with evolving business needs. She possesses deep experiences in organisational development, succession planning, change management, talent acquisition, total rewards, employee engagement, leadership development, workforce planning, industrial relations, and expatriate management. She also plays a key role in post-merger integration, HR digitisation, and governance.

Prior to Matthews, she held HR leadership roles at OSRAM, specialising in learning and development. Jenniefer holds an MBA (First Class Honours) from Northern University of Malaysia. She is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and certified in Master NLP (ABNLP), Instructional Design, DDI Facilitation, Coaching and Mentoring. Passionate about building inclusive and future-ready organisations, Jenniefer is recognised for her ability to translate business goals into impactful people strategies.
