Jessie Khong is the Head of Human Resources in Pentas Flora, a leading scheduled waste management company where she partners and works collaboratively with the businesses to morph the organisation into a growth-focused and future-ready ESG company. Prior to joining Pentas Flora, she was a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a local conglomerate.

At the height of her career as a Project to Facility and eventually as Sales Engineer in the water, wastewater and petrochemical industries, she took a leap of faith and joined the people-industry as an Executive Search Consultant.

What fascinates her about the people-industry is the fact that she had a blank sheet to craft the human resources playbook, with employees’ happiness and career satisfaction as the impetus of her people-building and empowerment strategy.

Jessie recently obtained her Executive Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) from Eduk8U Grad School Asia. She also holds a Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Engineering with a Major in Process and Food from University Putra Malaysia.
