Jireh Goh is currently the Global Commercial Strategic Pipelining Lead. He is involved at the group level in key aspects of transformational design, implementation and development of Roche’s Global Strategic Pipelining practices across all Commercial organizations in Roche.

Jireh began his journey with Roche as an early adopter of the agile transformation and led Organization Development and Integrated Workforce practices within the Malaysian Pharmaceutical affiliate. He co-created business, people and culture strategies with the local Enabling Team to support the transformation in delivering the organisation’s purpose with agility and patient centricity.

Jireh is passionate about people and organizational growth and coupled with his 15 years of commercial leadership in Executive Search and Consulting in Asia Pacific, he consults and coaches on Leadership Development, Organizational Agility, and Career Navigation. Jireh is an avid learner of Design & Innovation, System Thinking, and Industrial Organizational Psychology amongst other personal indulgences in the performing arts, dining and hiking.
