Kuhan Kanagarajan is the Human Resources Director for Heineken Malaysia Berhad since 2019. In this role, Kuhan is responsible for leading and driving the people agenda across the operations whilst collaborating closely with his Heineken global and regional counterparts. He has been a HR practitioner for more than 18 years after spending the early part of his career in finance which places him in a unique position of having experience in both the financial and human capital areas.   

He brings a wealth of experience in the areas of strategic and operational HR.  

Throughout the course of his career, Kuhan has served multi-national organisations across a multitude of industries including in the telecommunications, media and advertising, services, financial services and shared services sectors which has given him significant global and regional exposure. Kuhan is adept in HR transformation projects as well as in the talent management & organisational development spheres. His immediate role prior to joining Heineken Malaysia Berhad was the Head of HR Corporate Services at an international bank and was responsible for strategic and operational functional direction and alignment encompassing both the HR specialist and operations functions.
