Marlini holds the dual role of ISEA HR Central Pool Director for Danone, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, she leads the HR Specialist functions teams comprising of Talent, Learning, Rewards & HR Analytics for the India South East Asia region.

She has about 18 years of working experience, where she started her career in the HR consulting field with Mercer, and later with NorthgateArinso working on HR strategic & transformation projects for clients in various industries. She made the move to become a HR practitioner with Sime Darby, then later to Petronas ICT and have been exposed and led in different areas in HR such as Talent Management, Organization Design & Manpower Planning, and Performance & Rewards and Talent Acquisition.

Marlini then joined Danone in 2017 as the Learning Manager for Malaysia. She has also moved to several roles within Danone, where she was the Senior OD & Transformation Manager for SEA, before being promoted to the ISEA HR Central Pool Director role.

Throughout her career, she has been a part of, or took the lead to manage various strategic HR projects from planning, design , development and seeing them through completion and execution. She has worked with senior leaders in strategies formulation, setting the HR standards and excellence, building high performing culture and teams, business partnering and continuous process improvement.

Marlini holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration, with double majors in Management and Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
