Mohd Fairuz Khan

Mr. Mohd Fairuz Khan is an accomplished professional with strong educational background and diverse experience in both manufacturing operations and Human Resource management. With a BSc in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Tulane University of Louisiana, he brings a unique blend of technical and people-oriented skills to his role.

His career spans across prominent names in Malaysia’s automotive industry, such as Perodua and Naza, where he honed his expertise and gained hands-on experience in manufacturing operations. This experience equipped him with a solid foundation in operational excellence and problem-solving.

His journey also led him to Duopharma Biotech, formerly known as CCM Pharmaceuticals, where he initially was part of the manufacturing operations team, and his exceptional dedication and skillset has subsequently led to him taking on the role of HR Head. Leading a team of 20 HR practitioners and 12 Administration and Security supervisors, he manages a diverse workforce of 2,000 employees across Malaysia and regional offices in Singapore, Manila, and Jakarta.

As the head of HR, Mr. Khan is responsible for the complete spectrum of Human Resource Management, encompassing both strategic and operational dimensions. He navigates the challenges of aligning HR practices with organizational goals, ensuring a holistic approach to talent management, employee development, and retention. His multifaceted experience and ability to seamlessly transition from an operational background to a strategic HR role demonstrates his adaptability and well-rounded skill set.
