Nava is a strategic HR Leader with experience across Broadcasting, Information Technology, Global Business Services and Energy sector. He is currently the Vice President of People & Organization, responsible for the APAC HR operations of Aker Solutions Companies. Nava drives key strategies on talent management, leadership development and innovating greater employee experience in organizations.

Having recently completed AHREP at Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, he is SHRM-SCP certified, holds a MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, received his Bachelor Degree in Engineering from University of Technology Malaysia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from MIHRM, Malaysia.
