Dr. Koh Ngee Loke currently serves as the Human Resources Director at UCT, overseeing HR operations for three manufacturing plants in Malaysia and Th ailand. He focuses on areas of HR Business Partner, Employee & Industrial Relations and Compliance.  Dr. Koh starting with a 17-year tenure at Motorola, where he gained in-depth knowledge while leading production & operation teams of up to 400 members. He then transitioned to Sanmina and spent six years heading the Human Resources department. There, he honed his skills in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial & Employee Relations, managing an organization of 2,000 employees. He holds a PhD, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor degree in Social Science (Hons) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, with experience serving as a judge in continuous improvement initiatives for several consecutive years. He is also a certified trainer, supporting capability development within organisations.
