Nurul Ili Jamaluddin is a senior HR leader with extensive experience in total rewards, performance management, and organisational transformation. As Group Head of Rewards at Jebsen & Jessen, a multinational group operating across 16 countries, she leads the Group’s rewards strategy while partnering with business leaders to strengthen organisational performance and support long-term business priorities.

Before joining Jebsen & Jessen, Nurul Ili held global and regional HR roles with PETRONAS, UMW, and DNV GL, and began her career in consulting with Korn Ferry and Willis Towers Watson. Her experience spans both consulting and in-house leadership, giving her a practical perspective on translating people strategy into business outcomes across different organisations and cultures.

Outside work, Nurul Ili is an enthusiastic marathon runner working towards earning the Six Star Medal (ask her about it!). She sees many parallels between running and leadership: both require resilience, a clear sense of purpose, and the discipline to keep going even when the path gets tough. Nurul Ili holds a degree in Actuarial Studies and Finance from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
