Queenie is the Chief Marketing Officer of CUCKOO International, who also leads the company’s HR team in driving the people agenda in the company. With over two decades of experience in connecting people together, Queenie is passionate in driving a progressive culture that promote equality and diversity at a workplace.

With a passion in women empowerment, Queenie has also continuously introduced a series of policies that not only safeguarded women against discriminations and closing the gender gaps at work, but also shaped holistic strategies that promotes gender equality at work. Her efforts to create an inclusive workplace culture has culminated in 3 consecutive years of recognition for CUCKOO International as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia (2019 – 2021).
