She currently serves as the Cluster Head – Human Resources for Southeast Asia at Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting, where she oversees HR strategy and operations across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines, supporting a workforce of over 3,500 employees. Ravinder has a proven track record of driving organisational transformation, leading HR digitisation efforts, and embedding a high-performance culture. Her leadership has been instrumental in managing talent strategies, succession planning, performance management, and post-merger integrations.
Prior to Wipro, she held senior HR roles at United Technologies Corporation, Carrier, and the International Medical University, where she led large-scale people initiatives and regional HR transformations.
