Sabri is a UTM alumnus and an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Total Rewards Project Lead at Technip Energies. In his current role, he leads and manages a range of compensation initiatives, annual reward campaigns, and HR system enhancements, driving effective and scalable solutions across the organisation. Sabri began his career with SLB as an intern and subsequently joined the organisation full-time, progressing through various HR roles. Prior to his departure from SLB, he served as HR Process and Systems Lead, where he was responsible for driving HR process improvements and technology-enabled transformation. With experience spanning Total Rewards, HR operations, process excellence, and HR technology, Sabri brings a well-rounded perspective to HR excellence and organisational transformation. Outside of work, he enjoys playing football, supporting Manchester United, and following Formula 1.
