Sandy graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management and has more than 18 years of experience in various HR functions. She has worked with several industries and MNCs such as Deloitte, TRW system, Jabil Circuit, Arrow Electronics, and Keysight Technologies (previously known as HP and Agilent before it spun off).

She has successfully led a team to transform HR team from outsourcing model to inhouse model. Subsequently she continued to expand the team’s capability and established HR Global Hub which plays a vital role to support Asia and Global region. She and her team has adopted innovations and automations to digitalise the HR operations
