Dr. SP has Ph.D and post-doctoral fellowship in HR and authored over 15 research articles He is an outcome driven and value-oriented HR leader with 22+ years of rich experience. He worked across sales, manufacturing, IT, BPO, shared services and insurance fortune 100 organizations. Cherishes having worked in green field business environments in setting up new organizations, functions, and factories. Has proven track record in establishing innovative people strategies which maximizes the employee potential, fosters growth, improved employee engagement, employee experience, healthy employees, developing deep leadership bench for future resulting in the organization being a great place to work for all.

Dr. SP has deep passion for building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace and finds purpose in advancing sustainability. He drives many initiatives which reduced gender gap at workplace, where everyone brings their own self with pride of belonging, being celebrated for their contributions and innovations. On sustainability, he leads many unique programs which continues to create positive meaningful impact to over 10,000 beneficiaries in Malaysia.
