Shareen is the Head of Human Capital of Bangkok Bank Berhad. She has more than 20 years’ of HR professional experiences such as HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and Employee Relations in engaging the business leaders to deliver their priorities.  

Throughout her experiences, she has worked closely with her global, regional and local HR teams in developing and delivery of people management strategies.
