Thiagarajan Veeran, also known as Raj, serves as the Head of Human Resources at Dexcom Malaysia, a US-based medical device company. In this capacity, he leads the country’s HR function and partners with global stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities. With over 11 years of HR leadership experience in multinational corporations such as Micron, Western Digital, and SanDisk, Raj has been instrumental in establishing HR foundations in start-up and high-growth environments. He is widely recognised for his commitment to building inclusive workplace cultures and championing initiatives in employee well-being, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Raj is also an active council member and holds several key positions across professional HR and business forums, where he contributes thought leadership on talent strategy, employee engagement, and workforce transformation.
