Viknesh also leads employer branding efforts—crafting and amplifying Maxis’ Employer Value Proposition (EVP) externally to attract top talent, while activating internal branding campaigns that inspire pride and alignment among employees.

With experience spanning tech, talent, and transformation, he combines creativity with operational precision to deliver impactful programs that connect employees to the company’s purpose. Prior to Maxis, Viknesh held roles at Microsoft and Dell, and founded a startup that was successfully acquired.
