Vikram graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and had dabbled in engineering and technical sales roles before finding his calling in the HR profession.

Prior to his current role as Chief People Officer with Feruni Ceramiche, he held various HR management positions with Shell, Lafarge Holcim Cement and Continental Tyres wherein he had successfully implemented various HR projects and initiatives.

Vikram is passionate about bringing out the best versions of himself and the people around him. He possesses a leadership style that is anchored on the values of care, growth and accountability. In his spare time, he is active in running marathons, cycling and swimming.
