Vila Rajah is a seasoned HR leader with more than 25 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, workforce transformation and people strategy. As Head of People Strategy at Pos Malaysia Berhad and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, she oversees the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, rewards, benefits, employee engagement and people operations nationwide. She also plays a key role in advancing HR digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and strengthen the employee experience.

Prior to this, Vila held strategic leadership roles in talent acquisition and workforce management, including Head of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management at Pos Malaysia and Head of Talent Acquisition at DRB-HICOM Berhad. Her earlier experience with PeopleSpace, People Dynamics Recruitment & Outsourcing and Kelly Services built a strong foundation in recruitment operations, consulting and workforce planning.

Known for her strategic mindset, persistence and people-centric leadership, Vila is recognised for building high-performing teams and supporting business transformation through collaboration and innovation. She holds a Professional Human Resource Certification from the Australian HR Institute and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at UNITAR International University.
