Wendy Khek Woei Wei is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience across Manufacturing, BPO, Sales and Retail environments in Malaysia, Singapore and China. Throughout her career, she has championed a people-centric and servant leadership approach, with a strong commitment to developing talent, building high-performing teams and enabling people to thrive through change.

In today’s rapidly evolving business environment shaped by technology, AI and significant workforce shifts following COVID-19, Wendy has positioned HR as a strategic business partner and catalyst for transformation. She has led organisational change, workforce transformation, talent development, performance management and HR digitalisation initiatives that strengthen business resilience and organisational effectiveness.

Wendy holds an Executive Master’s in Human Resources from EDUK8U Grad School and NOCN, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. She currently serves as Head of HR & Corporate Affairs at Toshiba Sales and Services, where she leads key HR initiatives including organisational transformation, performance-based compensation, HR digitalisation, culture building and talent pipeline development.

Her leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that strong organisations are built through strong people and purposeful leadership. She strives to balance business performance with employee development, creating workplaces that are resilient, agile and future-ready while ensuring HR remains a trusted and strategic partner to the business.
