She is a versatile HR Professional with more than two decades of experience with multiple industries like plantation, retail, manufacturing, aviation and logistics. Currently, in EIG, she plays the strategic leader role and advisor to the designated Business Units in a Matrix reporting environment-to manage the activities of the Group Human Resource Division to efficiently maximize the potential of our talents and linking human resource initiatives to business strategies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
